I, ______________________________________, (the buyer) agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of $_________ for the puppy the breeder and I have agreed upon. I understand that it is my responsibility to make a final decision as to which puppy I want between the puppy’s 5th and 6th week of age. If I can not decide which puppy I want by the 6th week mark, I understand that the breeder will choose a puppy for me.
I understand that if I am picking up the puppy in person, that the final balance of the puppy is due when he/she is 8 weeks old. I also understand that only cash (no checks) is accepted at pickup.
If the puppy is being shipped, I understand that the final balance of the puppy is due when the puppy is 6 weeks of age and no later. I understand that my final payment may be in the form of a direct wire transfer, U.S. postal money order (from the U.S. Post Office only), or personal check if approved by the breeder.
These rules are to protect the Breeder from online scams and theft.
I understand that my puppy will not be held past the 9 week mark and it is my responsibility to confirm a pickup date with the breeder. If I do not pick up my puppy by the 9 week mark, I am aware that my deposit will be forfeited and the puppy will become available for adoption.
