Adoption Application
To make your puppy-buying experience more efficient, we have constructed an Adoption Application. This Adoption Application gives us an idea of the puppy you are looking for/the puppy you want to put a deposit on and lets us know about your new puppy's future home where he'll grow to be a loving, loyal family member.
Adoption Applications may be printed and sent through the mail or submitted online right here.

The balance of the adoption fee is due when the puppy is 5-6 weeks old, unless otherwise arranged. Call us to set a date to pick up your puppy. If puppies are not picked up on this agreed date there will be an additional fee of $15 per day for boarding or placed back on the list of available pups. NO CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED AT PICK UP. CASH ONLY.
If you are interested in putting a deposit on one of our precious pets, you can send a deposit with your application (Golden-Doodle deposits are $400 (medium) $600 (mini) $1000 (Petite) and all other breeds are $300).

Who's litter are you interested in?
If you know a particular puppy you want please list his/her name and his/her Mother.

All of our puppies are up-to-date on their shots, worming's, and vet-checks by 6-8 weeks old. We come vet-recommended and with your confidence in their health, we offer a two year health warranty on your new puppy.
It is our policy that the full adoption fee must be paid for by the age of 5 to 6 weeks. This gives competing clients a better idea of when the puppy will be available. We usually have our babies spoken for before they are born, so your deposit will be placed on the list for expected litters and you will be contacted when they arrive. There are no refunds but if you fail to get a puppy from the expected litter, you will be able to pick from the next expected litter. Thank you for trusting in us!
